Saini Bar College, Bulhowal has been playing a leading role in imparting higher education to the students belonging to the surrounding rural areas in Hoshiarpur district of Doaba since 1971. While the entire staff of the college is imparting knowledge to the students with their hard work and dedication, they are also teaching ethics while encouraging them towards literature, culture and sports. A multipurpose sports stadium is also under construction in the college with the help of Punjab Government. The stadium will inculcate a sense of sport in the students so that the youth can stay away from drugs and brighten their future.

It has been a long journey till now, from where i can thank my entire community staff and students in helping us achieving the dream seen by our ancestors who started Saini Bar community as a step towards bright future of our society. Through your support we worked and will continue to do so for a drug free population of literate people. Your suggestions are always welcome.
