College library known as Knowledge Centre, built in the memory of Late S. Dilbag Singh Nawanshahr (former Cabinet Minister of Punjab Government). It came into existence in 1991 and is the store house of knowledge. Under the able and visionary stewardship of Principals and Librarians, it has big reading hall. The Library has approximately 20 Thousand text and reference books on various subjects. It has numerous types of Encyclopedias, and rare collections of books and writings on Indian religion, culture, history and philosophy. It has an ‘E-resources lab’ for readers. The Library remains open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all working days. The Library has a ‘Book Bank Section’. The meritorious and needy students can get the books from this section for the whole session.

While studying, students often get so Hungry & Tired that Food & Rest cannot appear to them except in the form of CANTEEN and Saini Bar College Bulhowal provides its students, staff and faculty with an amazing café experience in the college campus with its well maintained and equipped Canteen. The canteen is not just a food point but a place to relax, interact, rejuvenate and take a refuge from the daily hectic schedule!

Saini Bar College, Bulhowal has a computer lab with 25 computers at students’ disposal, offering practical sessions for students especially those doing a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, B.A. with Computer Science as a Elective subject. These computers are internet enabled and are available for students for their various computing needs. The students may avail the facilities to browse topics related to their field of study, to download notes, prepare assignments, and prepare presentations or to complete tasks assigned via the Google-classrooms.

Lab Guidelines

• Students should follow the procedures prescribed for logging in and logging out.
• Lab computers should be used with care considering them as your own property.
• Students are supposed to use only the systems allotted to them.
• Use of any sort of removable storage devices is forbidden.
• Silence should be observed in and around the lab.
• Mobile phones and laptops are not allowed in the lab.
• No student is permitted to shift or interchange any part of the computer with another.
• Students found mishandling the computer systems or peripherals would be penalized with a monetary fine.
• Report any hardware/software related complaints to the lab-in-charge.
• Before leaving the lab, users should properly shutdown the systems and re-arrange the seats.
• Students should take off their shoes and put them outside the laboratory before entering the computer lab.

To meet an urgent need of the ever - increasing number of girl students in the college ever since it was declared co-educational, a new Girls Common Room - spacious, well-furnished and equipped has been built adjacent to the Sh. Amarjit Singh Memorial Administrative Block. Sh. Madan Gopal Singh Fattowal donated a sum of Rs. 2 Lac towards the furnishing of this block.

Saini Bar College Bulhowal provides its students and staff with “First aid” facility in the college campus. For any Emergency college has staff care to take student patient to the nearly super specialty hospitals.
